By booking or renting any vehicle through our website, mobile application, or other platforms, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
PROJECT-R MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any updates will become effective once published on this page.
Booking Confirmation
A rental booking is considered confirmed once:

Cancellation by User

Cancellation Before Ride Start

Cancellation After Ride Start
Once a ride has started or the vehicle has been unlocked, the rental is considered active and cannot be cancelled. No refunds will be issued for unused ride time.
Cancellation by the Company
PROJECT-R MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel a booking under the following circumstances:
