Terms of Service & Rental Agreement

1. PREAMBLE

This Terms of Service & Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between Mjollnir.in, operated by PROJECT R MOBILITY PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office at 101, Abhishrey adobe, Kakatiyahills, Jubilee hills, Hyderabad 500033 (“Company”, “We”, “Us”), and the user (“You”, “User”, “Renter”).

By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or renting any vehicle, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Rent a Motorcycle Scheme, 1997, and all applicable Indian laws.

2. ELIGIBILITY & LICENSING

• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for motorcycles above 500cc)
• Possess a valid Indian Driving License or IDP with domestic license
• Learner’s licenses are strictly not permitted
• Original license must be presented at vehicle handover

We reserve the right to refuse vehicle handover if the license is expired, suspended, forged, or unverifiable.

3. PROHIBITED USES

• Racing, stunts, rallies, or motorsports
• Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Illegal or criminal activities
• Commercial delivery or courier services
• Sub-renting or transferring the vehicle

Violation may result in immediate termination, vehicle seizure, and forfeiture of the security deposit.

4. INDEMNITY & LIABILITY

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Motorcycle riding involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for operating the rented vehicle.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mjollnir.in, its employees, directors, and partners from claims, damages, penalties, legal fees, or liabilities arising from traffic violations, accidents, injuries, property damage, or breach of this Agreement.

5. DAMAGES, THEFT & INSURANCE

• Minor damages are deductible from the security deposit
• Total loss or theft due to negligence makes the user liable
• Insurance excludes prohibited use and DUI cases

6. TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental without refund if the terms of this Agreement are violated.
