Shipping & Delivery (Service Fulfilment) Policy

1. POLICY SCOPE
Mjollnir.in provides rental services for bicycles and electric cycles (“Bikes”). No physical products are shipped. The term “Delivery” refers exclusively to the handover of the rented Bike to the customer.
2. PICKUP (SELF-COLLECTION)
- Bikes must be collected from the selected pickup location
- Bikes will be available 15 minutes before the booking start time
- Handover is subject to identity and eligibility verification
- Failure to meet documentation or eligibility requirements may result in a No-Show
3. DOORSTEP DELIVERY (IF AVAILABLE)
- Available only in designated service areas
- Bikes are handed over strictly to the booking holder
- Third-party acceptance is not permitted
- Minor delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure events are not eligible for compensation
4. RETURN
- Bikes must be returned on or before the scheduled return time
- Late returns may attract additional charges as per the applicable rate card
