Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs cancellations and refunds for rentals of bicycles, electric cycles, and e-cycles (“Bikes” or “Vehicles”) offered by Mjollnir.in. For the purposes of this policy, the term “Bike” refers exclusively to pedal-powered cycles and electric cycles, and not to motorbikes or scooters.
1. CANCELLATION BY USER

| 24 – 72 hours | 50% refund of rental fee |
| Less than 24 hours / No-show | No refund |
Any refundable security deposit, if collected in advance, will be returned in full if the ride does not commence.
2. CANCELLATION BY MJOLLNIR.IN
If a booking is cancelled by Mjollnir.in due to operational or technical reasons, a 100% refund of all amounts paid will be issued.
3. REFUND TIMELINES
- Rental fee refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days
- Security deposit refunds:
- Initiated within 24 hours of successful Bike return and inspection
- May take 5–7 business days to reflect in the original payment method
4. EARLY RETURNS
No refunds are issued for early returns, as the Bike remains reserved for the booked period.
